La Downtown Distributor, designada oficialmente como State Road 970 (SR 970), es una corta autopista elevada de apenas 0,563 millas (0,906 km) que enlaza la Interstate 95 con Biscayne Boulevard y la US 1/SR 5 en el corazón de Downtown Miami, dentro del Condado de Miami-Dade, Florida, Estados Unidos. Inaugurada en 1968 al mismo tiempo que el tramo adyacente de la I-95, la vía nació como el inicio del proyectado Bayshore Loop que debía rodear el centro y hoy funciona como un distribuidor esencial entre la interestatal y la trama urbana del downtown. El trazado, de dos carriles por sentido, registró un tráfico medio anual de 34 000 vehículos en 2007 y una estimación de 37 500 en 2015, y desde el 20 de junio de 2014 comparte señalización en toda su longitud con la US 1/SR 5. A lo largo de su breve recorrido cuenta con rampas de entrada y salida en Miami Avenue, tres cuadras al oeste del extremo oriental, y una salida en sentido este hacia SE 1st Avenue, justo junto al James L. Knight Center y la Miami Tower; el extremo este desemboca a nivel en la intersección con US 1 (Southeast 2nd Avenue/Southeast 3rd Street), desde donde la calzada continúa como SE 3rd Street hacia Brickell Avenue y Biscayne Boulevard. La ruta está mayormente sin señalizar en la I-95, donde los carteles indican “Biscayne Boulevard, US 1”, y los escudos de la SR 970 aparecen únicamente en el extremo oriental y a unos 0,2 millas de la interestatal, sin indicadores direccionales. Mantenida por el FDOT, la Downtown Distributor sigue siendo un enlace clave para el acceso al distrito financiero y cultural de Miami, facilitando la conexión entre la red interestatal y los corredores urbanos del Condado de Miami-Dade.
